Exchange

The actual operation is done in USD. If you have deposited your Wallet account in a currency other than USD, you will need to first convert it to USD and then transfer it to your working account.
Here's how to exchange to USD.

1: Log in to My Page.

2: Click "Transfer"> "Wallet Exchange" on the left menu.

3: Select the wallet account from which you want to exchange money.

4: Enter the amount in half-width numbers.

5: Select a wallet account to exchange money with.

6: Click the "Send" button.

7: An exchange application email will be sent to the registered email address.

8: When the exchange is completed, a a currency exchange email will be sent to your email address.

9: Click "My Account" on the left menu to confirm the exchange.

10: Make sure you have exchanged money from "Balance" or "Statement".

* Notes

• The currency exchange rate will be the rate on the day of the request.
• The exchange rate of coins will be the rate at the day of request.
• Exchange procedures are between 10:00and 17:30(Hong Kong time).
• Transactions filed at other times will be processed between 10:00 and 17:30 the next business day (Hong Kong time).
